I didn't read this the same way you did. It looks like Bush is trying to limit the CEO compensation and reach a compromise with both parties in order to get this rushed through.
I hope both parties let go of the partisanship and make sure the bailout is done correctly.

wouldn't it be fun to be a fly on the wall for the meeting with the 3 of them together? I bet away from cameras they are just joking, kicking back and having a blast together. As soon as the cameras come in, all hell breaks loose and the battle of the speeches begins.

I wonder how good the movie W will be. I'm waiting for the reviews before going.
The American Carol movie looks lame. How many scenes can they show us with Michael Moore getting slapped - it's like every comedy thats out mocking all the movies.
