I'm glad when American companies are purchasing American businesses like this. I'm worried eventually we will be completely foreign owned.

another day another lost dollar or in this case a save dollar, but of course a round of layoffs will be on it's way soon enough.

my god, a major save here, i think they were thinking they can go to the us government to give them a free round of cash.
i wonder how many of these companies are doing this to get some free gov't assistance whether they really need it or not.
