I think someone is getting ready to sue me. Without going into specifics, what do i do?
I have a house, rental property and cash in a couple bank accounts (and some random assets).

Hello, without knowing all the particulars I would say you have to move quickly. I too was sued and thankfully I was aware prior to the suit and was able to protect. I had 3 rentals, my residence, motorhome and some cash (from an inheritance. I was fortunate enough to have contacted a company called www.companiesinc.com. Through their strategy, domestic company, for the properties, offshore accounts and offshore company and trust I came through 100% protected. I was also able to transfer the motorhome in a title holding trust. A friend of mine was sued and tried after the fact and was not as successful something to do with conveyance after the suit was started. I really recommend you contacting the company mentioned above and move quickly. Even if you do not get sued you will sleep better knowing you are protected.
