I posted this same question in the business credit questions. I will be hammering out some questions on this board up ahead as I get closer to the first of two startups. Is it ok for me to call the 800# and ask your consultants some questions a few times before I actually am ready to use your service?

penny, I asked Brett about this earlier and he said absolutely! I called in with several questions and the people there answered them all and were very nice to me. This is the kind of place I want to do business with in the future. They are willing to give you advice and free information in hopes that you will remember them when you need their services. So they got my future business.

I will be calling in with some questions about a family corporation and business credit as well. We would rather do this project right than wrong, so better to ask the right questions, research and then set it up properly right from the beginning.

i tested this yesterday and they answered my questions and didn't hang up on me, so cross my fingers so far so good. I'm glad there is a place like this board and a place to call when i need help setting up my business and protecting my ASSets. now you see where i got my clever name from (too bad you can't cap it the way i wanted too - protectmyASSets from those that want to take it away from me).

I've called them several times now and used them for one of the services I needed. They've been very patient with me. It's better to call several times even if the questions sound stupid than to second guess yourself and make a mistake that will cost you later.
